All photography print orders are custom made and professionally prepared specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of the printing process, all sales are final and refunds, returns, or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed and payment has been received.

Each image is individually formatted and optimized before production to ensure the highest possible print quality and presentation.

If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the damaged print and packaging. Once the damage has been reviewed and confirmed, a replacement print will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.

Shipping costs are calculated based on print size, materials, framing options, and delivery location.

Production & Delivery Time

Most prints require approximately 5–7 business days for production. Once completed, each piece is personally inspected before shipment. Shipping times typically range between 7–10 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Payment Information

Payment is required prior to production and may be completed securely through the portal. If you need to pay through Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App, you will need to contact me before the order is placed.
