Custom Print Sizing

Each photograph is printed in a custom size based on the composition and dimensions of the selected image. This allows every piece to be properly formatted and optimized without awkward cropping or loss of important visual detail. My goal is to preserve the natural balance, alignment, and overall presentation of every photograph exactly as intended.

Professional Image Preparation

Before production, every image is personally reviewed and professionally optimized in Photoshop for the best possible quality. Adjustments are carefully made to color, contrast, sharpness, formatting, and overall composition to ensure the final print looks its absolute best.

Premium Print Quality

All artwork is produced using professional printing materials designed to showcase rich color, detail, and long-lasting image quality. Print materials and framing options may vary depending on the customer’s preferences and the specific image selected.

Secure Packaging & Shipping

Every print is carefully inspected before shipment and packaged using heavy-duty protective materials to help ensure safe delivery. Extra care is taken during packaging to protect against bending, moisture, and shipping damage during transit.

Shipping costs are calculated based on print size, materials, framing options, and delivery location.

Production & Delivery Time

Most prints require approximately 5–7 business days for production. Once completed, each piece is personally inspected before shipment. Shipping times typically range between 7–10 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Payment Information

Payment is required prior to production and may be completed securely through the portal. If you need to pay through Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App, you will need to contact me before the order is placed.

If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the damaged print and packaging. Once the damage has been reviewed and confirmed, a replacement print will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.

I take great care in personally inspecting, packaging, and preparing every piece before shipment to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of artwork and photography prints, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

• Your order information

If approved, a replacement will be sent for items damaged during transit.
